Do you love going out for seafood but wish you could take a class on how to buy, store and prepare fish and shellfish in your own home? If so, we hope you can join us as we’re teaming up with the fine folks from The Plate for an evening of seafood buying tips and delicious recipes complete with a wine and seafood dinner.
Steve Gennodie, of Rocky Neck Fish Co will address how to buy and store fresh fish and shellfish. He will talk about what to look for and things to avoid. Then, Suzanne and Jeanne will demonstrate a few simple but delicious recipes including Mustard Roasted Sole, Miso Salmon and Mussels with Fennel and Smoked Paprika.
Come with your seafood questions and enjoy some wine with friends while you watch this seafood feast being prepared and then enjoy it all at the end of class.
