Ingredients: -3lbs mussels-2Tblsp butter-1/4 shallots-3/4 dry white wine-pepper to taste -1/4 cup chopped parsley-bread for dipping
In a medium pot, sauté butter and shallots. Pour in wine and add mussels. Cook on med-high heat for roughly 5 minutes. Pour the mussels and liquid into the serving bowl. Sprinkle mussels with parsley. Serve with bread for dipping.
